Connect your phones to the input node and connect a laptop or other computer to the output node. Turn the volume up.
Lie down and place your phone on your chest—with the bottom resting on your neck.
Breathe all the way in and tap the screen once.
Breathe all the way out and tap the screen again.
Listen for when your breathing patterns align.
